Effective 21 September 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and The Streamer Agency, LLC ("BlockClickFraud", "we", "us") covering your use of the BlockClickFraud service. By opening an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it.

1. What the service does

BlockClickFraud records technical details of visits to websites you control, scores those visits to identify invalid or fraudulent paid advertising clicks, maintains a blocklist of the addresses responsible, and, where you connect an advertising account, writes those addresses into that account as campaign-level IP exclusions.

We may change or improve how detection works at any time. We will not reduce the core function of the service during a paid term without telling you.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password and API key secret. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think either has been exposed.

Your plan covers a stated number of websites. Running more than your plan allows is a breach of these terms, and we may enforce the limit or move you to the tier that matches your use.

3. What you are promising us

When you add a website or connect an advertising account, you are confirming that:

  • You own or are authorized to administer that website and that advertising account
  • You have the authority to let us collect visitor data on that website and to write exclusions into that advertising account
  • Your own privacy notice tells visitors that a service like ours collects their IP address and technical browsing details, and that you have any consent or legal basis your jurisdiction requires

For data collected on your website you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You decide what happens to it. If you need a written data processing agreement, ask us.

4. The Google Ads connection

Connecting Google Ads is optional and you grant access through Google's own consent screen. We never receive your Google password.

Within a connected account we read your list of accessible accounts, your campaigns, and the IP exclusions already on them. We write campaign-level IP exclusions. We do not touch campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, billing, or account users. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we store.

Three things worth being plain about:

  • Google enforces its own limits, including a cap on exclusions per campaign. When you reach one, we cannot add more.
  • Exclusions we write are yours. If you disconnect or close your account they stay in place until you remove them.
  • Your use of Google Ads is governed by your agreement with Google, not by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Google.

5. What we do not promise

This section matters, so it is in plain words rather than buried.

Click fraud detection is a judgment made from incomplete information. We cannot identify every fraudulent click, and no honest provider in this category can. We may also occasionally flag a click that turns out to be genuine. You keep control: every blocklist and exclusion is visible to you and you can remove any entry.

We do not promise that using the service will reduce your advertising costs, increase your conversions, or produce any particular financial result. We do not promise that Google or any other advertising platform will refund or credit you for clicks we identify. Refunds are entirely the platform's decision under their own invalid traffic policies.

Where our software runs as a plugin on your website, it only sees traffic that reaches your website. Traffic filtered earlier, for example at a content delivery network or firewall, is outside its view unless you also install our edge integration.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • Collect data from websites you do not control
  • Access an advertising account you are not authorized to administer
  • Block or exclude people on the basis of race, religion, sex, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law
  • Identify, profile, or pursue individuals for any purpose other than protecting your advertising spend
  • Break any law, or any advertising platform's terms
  • Resell or white-label the service unless your plan expressly permits it
  • Probe, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with our systems

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we have said so in writing. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

8. Your data and ours

You own your data: your click records, your blocklists, your account content. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service for you.

We own the service: the software, the detection methods, the dashboard, the documentation, and our name and marks. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you, your visitors, or your advertising account to describe and improve the service.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running continuously but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment unless your plan states one. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Support is provided by email at [email protected].

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering the service we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid fees.

On closure we delete your click data and any stored advertising tokens as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost advertising spend, even if told such damages were possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the service, or your failure to hold the rights and permissions you promised in section 3.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.

15. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
