The Block Click Fraud refund policy: how billing, cancellation and refunds work for every plan.

Plans renew until you cancel

Monthly plans are billed each month and yearly plans are billed each year, in advance, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable

Because the service starts working the moment your site is connected, payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time on a yearly plan. This matches section 7 of our Terms of Service.

Changing plans

You can move up or down a plan as the number of websites you protect changes. The new price applies from your next billing date.

Refunds from Google are separate

Invalid click credits come from Google under its own policies. We do not control them and cannot promise that Google will credit any click we flag.

When something goes wrong

If you are charged twice, or a problem on our side keeps the service from working and we cannot fix it, email us and we will make it right. In other genuine extenuating circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit. Email [email protected] for more information.
