# How do I exclude an IP address in Google Ads?

Open the campaign you want to protect, go to Settings, expand Additional settings, then open IP exclusions and enter one address per line. Save and repeat for every other campaign, because exclusions are stored at campaign level rather than account level. Google accepts single addresses and ranges. It does not verify that the address you entered is the one clicking your ads, so check your source data first.
